Our delivery charges

Lalamanzi offers competitive weight-based delivery rates to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland (excluding Channel Isles) which are calculated at the shopping basket. Saturday courier deliveries can't be specified although Royal Mail First Class Standard Post delivers 6 days per week.

Where we deliver

Presently, we deliver to the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.


How we deliver

The customer is offered the choice of method of delivery.  Charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery county/area, the cost to us of delivery and getting your order to you safely.


When we'll despatch your order

We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours (of any UK working day excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays) of receipt and clearance of funds to the Lalamanzi PayPal or Bank account.


When to expect your order

We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment if the item is currently in stock otherwise we will aim to manufacture the item and despatch within 4 working days.  As all our products are based on quality, fresh produce and their availability, this isn’t always possible but we aim to keep you informed on proposed delivery dates at all times.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in you receiving your orders, beyond our control. We will always do our best to get your orders to you at the informed delivery time.


Delivery time estimates are based on UK working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays).


Delivery to remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.


Next Day Delivery

Orders received by 5.00pm on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday to be with you by Wednesday, unless otherwise notified.


If you order on Thursday your orders will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.



What happens if we are unable to deliver?

Please help us by designating a safe place to leave a parcel for you in the event you are not at home.   If you are unable to do this, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card.  Lalamanzi will not be responsible for spoilage of products if you are not in to receive the goods and they cannot be delivered.


Deliveries for Customers

Although every effort will be made to deliver goods as ordered Lalamanzi cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. Delivery dates & time are given in good faith by Lalamanzi to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated and is subject to payment clearance, locality, human error, courier company error and system failure. Lalamanzi will accept no liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery beyond our control.


We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. If for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment will be fully refunded. The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer's required purpose.



Claims can only be made through Lalamanzi on Telephone: 0161-8211081 or in writing to E-mail: [email protected]. Any claims made before prior communication with the Lalamanzi will not be considered. For orders sent by mail no claim will be considered if you sign for the goods as received in good condition.

  1. All goods must be counted upon receipt. Any shortage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
  2. All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt. Any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If goods are signed for as received in good order (not damaged), no claim can be made against this delivery.
  3. All goods must be checked against the delivery note within 24hr of delivery.
  4. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone or e-mail to Lalamanzi within 48hr of the delivery (0161-8211081) or email [email protected]
  5. Credit may not be given for goods returned without prior agreement from Lalamanzi. Lalamanzi reserves the right to recover carriage and handling costs where unauthorised returns are made.
  6. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
  7. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
  8. No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by Lalamanzi.
  9. No credit or refund will be given for any orders cancelled without the agreement of Lalamanzi in advance and in writing.
  10. No credit or refund will be given for any orders cancelled due to late delivery unless it has taken longer than 21 days to arrive from dispatch and it was due to an error on the part of Lalamanzi. We will however sort out any problems due to spoilage of goods etc as long as it is not due to customer negligence.
  11. No credit or refund will be given for any orders cancelled due to late delivery due to adverse weather conditions and our delivery companies are unable to make said delivery.

Any orders that are refused, not collected or returned for whatever reason, on a delivery attempt, without the written permission of Lalamanzi will incur a charge of 20% plus the cost of the delivery charge, even if free delivery was given at the time the order was placed. Any order returned for a refund with the permission of Lalamanzi will incur charges as agreed at the time between Lalamanzi and the customer.



We are unable to accept the return of any food item, unless what you are returning is defective. Please ensure that you contact Lalamanzi  to discuss replacement and possible return of the defective item. Lalamanzi may request proof of problem item such as photographs.
