Made in traditional South African-Mozambican style.
A fiery peri-peri oil made with birds-eye chillies, garlic & lemon. For an authentic grilled peri-peri chicken, use as a marinade on chicken allowing 4-24 hours for flavours to develop and braai (barbecue) over a medium charcoal fire (gas will do fine as will oven grilling!). Alternatively, brush onto prawns, steak or vegetables before braaing, grilling or frying.
For perinaise, add 1 teaspoon to ½ cup mayonnaise/salad cream & mix or use to make peri-peri chicken livers.
Shake oil well before using as the product does seperate whilst standing.
Store in refrigerator at all times and consume within 1 month of purchase.
